Наш фонд робить все можливе, щоб допомагати людям. Наше завдання – підтримати у важкі часи якнайбільше мешканців України, надаючи різнобічну допомогу тим, хто її потребує. У тому числі, ми допомагаємо людям, які звертаються до нас  шляхом подання заявки в месенджері. Виглядає це наступним чином: ми отримуємо заявку, наші волонтери зв'язуються з людьми  по телефону (уточнюють ситуацію, визначають та узгоджують, яку допомогу та в якому обсязі можуть надати, ознайомлюються з документами), і після цього ми збираємо посилки для надсилання. Таких посилок, відправлених Новою поштою, досить багато. Тільки за сьогодні ми відіслали допомогу чотирьом одержувачам серед яких: дві незаможні матері-одиначки, багатодітна сім'я з вісьмома дітьми, яка живе практично в зоні бойових дій, а також зооволонтер, у якої під опікою знаходиться п'ятдесят шість котів і сімдесят вісім собак.

Our foundation does everything possible to help people. Our task is to support as many Ukrainian residents as possible in difficult times, providing comprehensive assistance to those in need. Among other things, we help people who contact us by submitting an application. It looks like this: we receive an application in the messenger from people who need help, our volunteers contact them by phone (they clarify the situation, determine and agree on what kind of help and to what extent they can provide, familiarize themselves with the documents), and after that we We collect parcels for shipment. There are quite a lot of such parcels sent by Nova Poshta. Just today we sent aid to four recipients, including: two low-income single mothers, a large family with eight children living practically in a war zone, as well as an animal volunteer who has fifty-six cats and seventy-eight dogs in her care.
