Щодня наш фонд отримує десятки звернень від людей, для яких ця допомога — остання соломинка. Це багатодітні сім’ї, що ділять на всіх одну хлібину. Це мами, які доглядають дітей з інвалідністю й часто залишаються сам на сам із труднощами. Це малозабезпечені, які виживають на прифронтових територіях, де кожен день — випробування. І ті, хто вже майже втратив надію.

Ми намагаємось відповідати на кожен запит. Пакуємо коробки з продуктами, засобами гігієни, речами першої потреби та навіть кормом для тварин , і

 вкладаємо в них не лише речі, а й частинку серця .

А у відповідь отримуємо фото-звіти: усміхнені обличчя дітей із новими іграшками, зворушливі повідомлення «дякуємо, ви врятували нас». Це — пальне, яке дає сили продовжувати. Це- нагадування, що кожна коробка — більше, ніж пакунок. Це- ковток життя, промінь віри, теплий обійми у час, коли здається, що світ забув.

Дякуємо нашим партнерам, які стоять поруч і допомагають наповнювати ці коробки.

Дякуємо волонтерам, які з любов’ю пакують і відправляють усе це добро.

І особлива подяка — нашій надійній опорі- ”Гуманітарній Новій пошті”. Саме їхнє міцне «логістичне плече» робить доставку можливою. Без них сотні пакунків просто не дісталися б тих, хто найбільше чекає.

Every day, our foundation receives dozens of appeals from people for whom this help is the last straw. These are large families that share one loaf of bread with everyone. These are mothers who care for children with disabilities and are often left alone with difficulties. These are the low-income people who survive in front-line areas, where every day is a test. And those who have almost lost hope.

We try to respond to every request. We pack boxes with food, hygiene products, basic necessities, and even pet food, and

we put not only things in them, but also a piece of our heart.

And in response we receive photo reports: smiling faces of children with new toys, touching messages “thank you, you saved us”. This is the fuel that gives us the strength to continue. This is a reminder that each box is more than a package. This is a sip of life, a ray of faith, a warm embrace at a time when it seems that the world has forgotten.
