With attention and care for those in need
Іноді посилка — це більше, ніж просто корисні речі, ліки чи продукти.
Це — місточок між “я не знаю, як далі жити” і “я комусь не байдужий”. Ми щодня пакуємо не речі — ми пакуємо людяність. І відправляємо її туди, де болить найсильніше.
У кожній такій коробці — відгук на чиєсь “допоможіть”.
Продукти, напої, засоби гігієни, ліки, теплі речі, іграшки для дітей — усе зібране з турботою й вірою в те, що допомога може бути особистою.
До нас звертаються багатодітні родини, малозабезпечені, люди з інвалідністю, переселенці, мешканці прифронтових територій. Ми не запитуємо “чому”. Ми просто відповідаємо: “ми поруч”.
Окрема подяка Україна в Броні/ Ukraine in Armor- cаме завдяки ним ми змогли вкласти в посилки, в тому числі, дитячі іграшки, й зробити багато малечі щасливішими.
Щира вдячність ”Гуманітарній Новій пошті” за швидку та безпечну доставку кожної посилки.
А у відповідь ми отримуємо фото та слова подяки — щирі, іноді до сліз. І це ще більше надихає нас не зупинятися.

Sometimes a parcel is more than just useful things, medicine or products.
It is a bridge between “I don’t know how to continue living” and “I am not indifferent to someone”. Every day we pack not things - we pack humanity. And we send it to where it hurts the most.
In each such box - a response to someone’s “help”.
Food, drinks, hygiene products, medicine, warm things, toys for children - everything is collected with care and faith in the fact that help can be personal.
We are approached by large families, low-income people, people with disabilities, displaced persons, residents of front-line territories. We do not ask “why”. We simply answer: “we are there”.
Special thanks to Ukraine in Armor - thanks to them we were able to put in parcels, including children's toys, and make many little ones happier.
Sincere gratitude to “Humanitarian Nova Poshta” for the fast and safe delivery of each parcel.
And in return we receive photos and words of gratitude - sincere, sometimes to tears. And this inspires us even more not to stop.
